Wales
Known for its spectacular scenery, medieval castles, beautiful beaches and historical Celtic Culture. There’s no shortage of things to see and do in Wales. For those romantics amongst you, you could go and and watch the sunset over Barafundle Bay or go stargazing at Brecon Beacons, those who fancy doing something a bit more energetic why not go for a hike in Snowdonia or abseiling at one of the many activity centres across the country.
Scotland
Scotland’s rugged but beautiful landscape has so much to offer. You can relax on the shore of Loch Lomond, visit one of the many grand castles, take a romantic stroll along the beach at Calgary Bay or for adventure seekers there’s the chance to enjoy hiking, cycling or you can head to one of the many watersport venues and try your hand at kayaking, canoeing or windsurfing.
The Lake District, Cumbria
The Lake District is renowned for its incredible beauty, stunning views, abundant wildlife and cultural heritage. It is one of the UK’s most popular National Parks and it really does have a lot to offer. You can kick back and relax on the shores of Derwentwater in Keswick, explore the beautiful coastline at Ravenglass or for those wanting to do something a little more active why not head to Coniston where you can enjoy watersports, fell walking or cycling.
The Peak District
This National Park is known for its breath-taking views, picturesque villages and enchanting towns. There are many hidden gems to discover such as Lumsdale Falls near Matlock or Glen Howe Park in Wharncliffe Side. You can immerse yourself in history at Chatsworth House or explore the great outdoors and enjoy one of the most famous walks in the Peak District at Kinder Scout.
London
Probably not the first place that comes to mind when you think of a motorhome adventure, but London has so much to offer. There are beautiful open spaces such as St James’s Park or Hyde Park. For a fun family day out you could head to the Warner Bros Studio Tour and take a look behind the scenes at the making of Harry Potter. There are many historical attractions such as the Tower of London or Hampton Court Palace. Those seeking culture will find it in its renowned Museums and Art Galleries, its Theatres and Historic Houses. London has something for all.
The Cotswolds
Designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty, there is so much to see and do in the Cotswolds. Discover gentle rolling hills, historic towns and honey coloured limestone villages all bursting with quintessential English charm. You can go to visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare, explore Hidcote Manor Gardens or go for a hike along the Cotswold Way. For those wanting something something adrenaline fuelled, you could surf the spectacular phenomenon of the Severn Bore, enjoy a variety of watersports at the Cotswold water park or enjoy the breathtaking views of the countryside from a hot air balloon.
Yorkshire Dales
With beautiful valleys, wild moorland, stone-built villages and fine limestone scenery, the Yorkshire Dales won’t disappoint. For those wanting something energetic you could go climbing or abseiling. Cyclists can enjoy the many cycling routes that the Dales have to offer, walkers too will find a vast amount of walking routes from gentle strolls and short walks to something more challenging such as the Three Peaks.
For days out with the kids, you could try Hesketh Farm Park where you can feed the animals, play inside, go in the giant sandpit or the straw maze. You could take them to visit a show cave at Stump Cross, Ingleborough or White Scar, or take them to explore a castle.
Norfolk Broads
Britain’s largest protected wetland area, the Norfolk Broads is a network of rivers and lakes offering stunning scenery, rare wildlife, picturesque villages and miles of beautiful coastline. Whether you want to hire a boat for the day and explore the waterways, or enjoy a walk through one of the many nature reserves. There’s something for everyone here.
Devon and Cornwall
A truly magical part of Britain offering miles of magnificent coastline, historical fishing villages, wild moorland and exotic gardens. There are a wide range of activities and attractions meaning that whatever you’re looking for from your holiday you’re likely to discover it here. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Dartmoor, a romantic stroll along Devons Jurassic Coast or explore the tropical biomes of the Eden project. For those wanting to do something a bit more energetic there is no shortage of hiking or cycling routes, you could even try your hand at surfing on Fistral beach.
Northumberland
Northumberland is a beautiful tapestry of rolling hills, ancient castles, historic sites and breathtaking beauty. The northernmost county of England boasts a huge variety of things to do. Isle of Wight

If you’re looking for family fun there are some fantastic theme parks and amusements like Blackgang Chine and The Needles Landmark Attraction. For those wanting to immerse themselves in history and heritage there are manor houses, ancient burial grounds, castles and monuments to explore. And let’s not forget the events and festivals that the Isle of Wight hosts throughout the year, such as the popular Isle of Wight Festival.
